Fish are something I’ve been keen to do for a while and it wasn’t until I was kindly given a tour of a Salmon conservation plant in Northern Ireland that I had the opportunity to see these beauties in the flesh. The work they do there is incredible and so vital to the protection of these wonderful fish. So I painted this Smolt to celebrate their work.
